Should be able to set Default values to Stacker fields similar to Airtable. Extremely needed to starting workflows in a certain state.

I noticed that you can set default values in a Create Layout but not in the Stacker table view itself where this would also be valuable, not to mention easier and quicker when creating new fields to begin with.

If something is marked as COMPLETE, perhaps add a link to the section of Stacker help notes/documentation that now explains how to use the newly created feature?
