"And" and "Or" in visibility conditions

Presently there is only an "And" in the visibility conditions. It would be nice to also have "Or".
We have many process flow cases where we have a Viev (Approval) where a User Role should not be able to edit, except say 1 field which is a process stage field, but some roles can edit all. In other Views (Create) all can edit.
We are able to refrain users to edit in the Approval View using Permissions, but the Edit button is still displayed
Create an "Or" in the button visibilition condition would solve this.

We use forms (Create New) a lot and would love to be able to show/hide questions using "or" in the visibility conditions.
